How does this work?
You can call me up with your burning questions on anything. I'll give you options on how I can help and you choose. If you just want to talk to me, that's fine. If you'd like additional resources that I already have, I'll only charge for the time it takes me to send it. If you'd like additional resources that I have to create, I'll let you know that and charge your for the time to create something new or customize something old.

Who defines when work begins and ends?
Nothing will be charged until I hear from you. You direct my work; you tell me when a matter is opened and closed. I pledge not to do any additional work not directly related to the issue.

What's the response format?
When you contact me to use this service byy phone or email, please tell me if you'd like me to take the time to email a response in writing or you'd just like to discuss something. For meetings that might go longer than a half an hour and are located within 15 miles of my home office, I'll come to your office to point, draw, and discuss and won't charge your for the travel time.

How will I know how much time I have left on my card?
It's pretty informal. I'll let you know in an email at the end of every month when I'm doing my invoicing for other customers.

How do you track your time by the minute?
I've created a handy dandy excel sheet that I'll open up as soon as I get an email or call from you. I'll track my time on each issue by entering the start and finish time. The excel sheet will automatically track the time and tell me how much time you have left.
