My services include mentoring, training and technical assistance in sustainable land development, specifically in the areas of:

I will work closely with all my clients to build consensus on choosing which sustainable approaches are appropriate and the best ways to incorporate them into the proposed development or code. Master Planning

Charrettes

This is just a fancy name for brainstorming. We develop a set of green goals by gathering stakeholders to give on-the-spot input. This process ensures that the final result reflects the best solutions for the project and that expensive solutions become the cheapest solutions because they provide more than one service in the project. This process can also address possible limitations due to lack of funds, concerns regarding long-term operations & maintenance, and the like.
